ONE WEEK SHOPPING LIST

1. 1 case of oranges or approx 40 medium sized oranges (ask your grocer for the 10% discount!) 

2. 10 Bunches of Bananas  (Almost a case) 

3. 3 Stalks of Celery

4. 5-10 Pears

5. 10 Peaches or Nectarines 

6. 20-25 Apples

7. 6-10 Cucumbers or Zucchini 

8. 2 Pineapples

9. 2 Bags/Lbs. of Grapes

10. 1-2 Young Coconuts (or simply the young coconut water if you can find it) 

11. Approx. 12 pints of berries of choice (optional) 

12. 1-2 Watermelons

13. 1-2 Cantaloupes or Honeydew Melons 

14. 2-3 Lbs. of Dates if available 

15. 2 cases mango or approx. 16 mangos  

16. 2 Avocados 

17. 7 Lemons 

18. 4 Rainbow Bell Peppers 

19. 1 Large Bundle of Carrots

20. 3 Bunches of Herbs like Cilantro, Basil, Mint, or Parsley 

21. 2-3 Bags/Boxes of Spring Mix

22. 6 Heads Romaine

23. 6-10 Heads of Kale

24. Unlimited Tomatoes! (I buy by the case and use these in my salad dressings)

25. Optional: If you live in a tropical area, you can find papaya or even jackfruit. 

 

OTHER FUN ITEMS YOU MAY NEED!

A BIKINI or a bathing suit! Guys too.. get some nice swimwear! 

Sandals 

Coconut Oil 

Towel

Workout Clothes (can be old or worn out)

Tennis Shoes 

Hat to protect your face from the sun

Foam Roller

Jump Rope

Yoga Ball 

Medicine Ball (or a GIANT Watermelon for Squats!) 

 

Note: This list is based upon a 2000 calorie lifestyle. You can increase the amount as you see fit. 

 

*Feel free to fill in your list with Meal Brighteners. These are items that may be a little more expensive or perhaps not as available. I buy just a few of these to keep my meals colorful and exciting when possible. Examples include cherries, pomegranates, figs, mushrooms, ginger, etc. 

 

If some of these items are not available to you, PLEASE don’t worry. Go to your local markets and find the items that are in season and easy for you to purchase. One of the best parts of eating FullyRaw is getting to enjoy the abundance of the season! 

 

One of my biggest tips to saving money while purchasing produce is buying in bulk.
