Our Beginning
The idea for Wellth Administrators Inc. started in 2012. Colleagues from the PEO and Insurance industries were discussing the hurdles they were encountering. Every year at renewal time it was the same story. Employers were given two options, face a large increase in cost or drastically cut employee insurance benefits. Wouldn’t it be great if insurance agents could approach their clients with good news; offering cost savings and more comprehensive, better health coverage.
Something had to change if we were to expect a different outcome. We wanted to find a solution, something different. Over the course of 2012 we spent countless hours consulting with attorneys and accountants regarding various ways to structure medical plans.
By 2013, the hard work had paid off. Wellth Administrators incorporated and took the Synergy Plan to market. The goal was to create long lasting relationships with insurance brokers, allowing them to vet the plan first before bringing it to their clients. This method of distribution has proven to be extremely effective and has allowed the Wellth brand to enter markets across the United States.
Wellth is constantly looking for additional ways to improve their product offering. We are conducting research to design new products to bring to our insurance brokers.
