Geoff Dada, President
The partnerships Geoff Dada created while working for a Professional Employer Organization and a Third Party Administrator led him to create Wellth Administrators Incorporated. Prior to this, Geoff was the VP of Mortgage Lending at a large Chicago based mortgage bank. Having built his own book of business, Geoff understands the insurance broker community and the need to give them a partner they can feel good placing business with. Geoff has an open mind and is constantly looking for ways to improve what his company is doing. When not working, Geoff spends his time with his wife, Sara and English bulldog, Sasha. He also competes in ultra-marathon races.

Lindsay Kerns, Invoicing Manager
Lindsay is dedicated to providing the best customer service experience to her customers and insurance brokers. Most recently, Lindsay built the invoicing and service department for a Phoenix based Third Party Administrator from the ground up. In the year leading up to this, she administered workers compensation plans for a Professional Employer Organization. Lindsay’s background in billing pairs well with her customer service experience. She is always asking herself, “What can we do better?” Lindsay is an Arizona State University Alum. In her spare time she attends baseball games. She loves the outdoors and can be frequently found running in the Scottsdale area.


Mike Mamroctski, Payroll Setup Manager
Mike Mamroctski assists clients with their payroll deductions setup for the Synergy Plan. Before starting Wellth Administrators, Mike was the payroll manager for a Phoenix area PEO. Also, he worked at Paychex, Inc. 7 years in Detroit and 6 years in the Phoenix. He wore many hats with Paychex. Mike is the ultimate “team player” embracing the do whatever it takes attitude.
