Wellth Administrators is always looking to add valuable members to our management team. Each Wellth Sales Manager must hold life and health licenses and maintain E and O insurance as well as be LTC certified (if state regulations require LTC certification).
Regional Manager
The Regional Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining broker relationships. The Regional Manager has to have the ability to recruit new brokers, manage brokers, present to employers, appropriately schedule, coordinate, and oversee enrollments, and create districts underneath them to expand the Regional Manager’s market. The Regional Manager directly reports to the National Sales Manager.
District Manager
The District Manager is responsible for establishing new broker relationships and maintaining broker relationships assigned to them by their Regional Manager. The District Manager has to have the ability to recruit new brokers, manage brokers, present to employers, appropriately schedule, coordinate, and oversee enrollments. Successful District Managers can be promoted to Regional Managers.
Preferred Enrollers
Wellth Benefits has a unique enrollment platform that is very lucrative for enrollers. Payment is on a per diem basis. Successful enrollers are consistently contacted to handle Wellth enrollments.
